Fermenting Common Ground: a multi-stakeholder brief on fermentation technologies for food & feed

What happens when NGOs, researchers and industry work through fermentation for food and feed together? This brief and its five focus sheets are the result of ten months of closed-door dialogue with a wide stakeholder base were common ground is not always a given. It takes on five thematic questions and concludes that with the right regulatory safeguards in place, there is wide societal support for the sector to grow and bring benefits to Europe.
